A company I’ve dealt with, is merging with a publicly listed company. To complete the deal and fund the business’s growth, they are doing a public offering. The company makes a scheduling product for the auto dealership market, and I believe it has good potential. Therefore I’m passing on some information for your consideration.Attached are two documents:
